End User License Agreement

Definitions

• "Application" / "App" — Any software, plugin, add-on, script, or tool developed by GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC for use with Autodesk products, distributed via the Autodesk App Store or directly.
• "Autodesk Platform" — Autodesk products including Revit, AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep, Fabrication ESTmep, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, and Autodesk Platform Services (APS).
• "End User" / "You" — Any individual or legal entity who installs, accesses, or uses the Application.
• "GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC" — GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC, Cary, NC 27513, USA.
• "Intellectual Property" — All patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and all other proprietary rights worldwide.
• "Update" — Any bug fix, patch, revision, upgrade, or new version released by GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC.
• "User Data" — Any data, files, models, or information processed by the Application on your behalf.

License Grant

2.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Application solely for your internal business purposes in connection with your licensed Autodesk products.

2.2 Permitted Use

• Installation on the number of devices specified at point of purchase
• Use by authorized employees or contractors of your organization
• Integration with compatible Autodesk Platform products as designed
• Creation of deliverables for internal and client projects

2.3 Restrictions

Without prior written consent from GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC, you may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or markings
• Use the Application to develop competing products or services
• Share license keys or access tokens with unauthorized users
• Use the Application in a time-sharing arrangement for third parties

Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Application and all related materials are and shall remain the exclusive property of GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership interest to you. You acknowledge that:

• GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC retains all Intellectual Property Rights in the Application
• Any feedback you provide may be used by GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC without restriction or compensation
• GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission
• Nothing herein grants rights beyond the limited license expressly stated

Payment, Subscriptions & Updates

4.1 Fees

If the Application is offered for a fee, you agree to pay all charges per the Autodesk App Store pricing at time of purchase.

4.2 Free Applications

Applications at no charge remain subject to all terms of this Agreement including restrictions and liability provisions.

4.3 Subscriptions

Subscription-based Applications renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal per payment processor terms. GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

4.4 Updates

GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC may release Updates at its discretion. GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC is not obligated to provide Updates or support for older versions.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are processed per the Autodesk App Store policy. Contact gfitzgerald1999@outlook.com for direct refund inquiries.

User Data & Privacy

The Application processes User Data locally and/or via Autodesk cloud services. GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC's Privacy Policy governs all collection and processing of personal data.

You retain all rights to your User Data. GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC does not claim ownership over models, project files, or data you process through the Application. You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and others) and for obtaining all necessary consents from employees and clients.

Support & Maintenance

GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC provides support via email at gfitzgerald1999@outlook.com and documentation at gcfj1solution.com, Monday through Friday, Eastern Time, excluding holidays.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Application, your violation of this Agreement or applicable law, or any data you process through the Application.

Term & Termination

This Agreement is effective from first install and continues until terminated. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling and ceasing all use. GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC may terminate immediately upon notice for material breach or misuse. Upon termination, all licenses cease and you must uninstall and destroy all copies. Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.

Relationship with Autodesk, Inc.

This Agreement is between you and GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC only. Autodesk, Inc. is not a party and has no obligations regarding the Application. You acknowledge that:

• GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC is solely responsible for the Application, its content, maintenance, support, and all warranties
• Autodesk, Inc. is an intended third-party beneficiary and may enforce this Agreement's terms
• All claims relating to the Application must be directed to GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC, not Autodesk
• GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC is an independent ADN member — not an authorized representative or affiliate of Autodesk, Inc.

Export & Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws including U.S. export control laws (EAR, ITAR), U.S. sanctions programs (OFAC), and applicable data protection laws. You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any U.S. government restricted parties list.

Age Requirement

The Application is intended solely for individuals at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By accepting this Agreement, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter binding contracts.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before formal dispute resolution, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC at gfitzgerald1999@outlook.com within thirty (30) days of notice.

14.3 Binding Arbitration

Unresolved disputes shall be finally determined by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Wake County, North Carolina.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR THE APPLICATION.

General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC regarding the Application and supersedes all prior agreements. GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC may modify this Agreement at any time with notice posted at gcfj1solution.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger or asset sale. GCFJ ONESOLUTION LLC is not liable for delays due to causes beyond its reasonable control. This Agreement remains effective for future versions of the Application and future Autodesk platform releases.
